We offer both loose lay stable matting and bonded and sealed stable matting, providing flexible solutions to suit new builds, refurbishments, and existing stables.

Premium Rubber Stable Mats

Our rubber stable mats measure 6’ x 4’ and are manufactured from heavy-duty rubber to withstand daily equestrian use. At 18mm thick, they provide excellent cushioning underfoot, helping to reduce joint strain and improve overall horse welfare.

These mats integrate seamlessly with our bespoke stable designs and can be installed as part of a complete stable refurbishment project.

Loose Lay Stable Matting

Loose lay stable matting is a practical and cost-effective solution for many stables. The mats are 6’0 x 4’0 sit securely within the stable, offering a stable flooring system that can be lifted if required.

Loose lay stable mats are ideal for:

• Existing stables

• Temporary or adaptable installations

• Private yards and livery stables

This option works particularly well alongside our internal stables and Monarch barn.

Bonded and Sealed Stable Matting

For a permanent, seamless finish, we offer bonded and sealed rubber stable matting. The mats are fixed using a high-tack rubber resin, with joints fully sealed to prevent moisture ingress and mat movement.

This installation method is often specified in commercial yards, riding schools, and professional facilities.

Stable Wall Lining Systems

In addition to floor matting, Monarch Equestrian supplies and installs stable wall lining systems to a height of 4’0”. We use 25mm high-shore foam, offering excellent impact resistance, insulation, and durability.

Stable wall lining is frequently installed alongside new stable builds and stable matting, improving both safety and longevity.
